Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) reported a significant rise in monthly sales for May 2025, selling 2005 passenger vehicles. This marked a 69% increase compared to the same month last year and a 17% rise from April 2025.
According to data released by the Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA), the country’s total passenger car sales reached 126,226 units during the first eleven months of FY2024–25. This represents a 39% increase from the 90,545 units sold in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
Honda’s share in the national car market for May was approximately 13.6%, based on total industry sales of 14,716 vehicles that month.
If this sales share remains consistent, Honda’s cumulative sales for the fiscal year are projected to reach between 17,100 and 18,000 units. This marks a substantial recovery from the downturn in Pakistan’s auto market observed in the previous fiscal period.
The strong May performance, along with a consistent monthly upward trend, suggests that Honda Atlas may be on track to close the fiscal year with its best figures in recent quarters. Continued stability in currency exchange rates, easing interest rates, and improved auto financing options could further support momentum in the months ahead.
