United Brands Limited (PSX: UBDL) has appointed Zubair Razzak Palwala as Chief Executive Officer, the company informed the main bourse on Tuesday.
“Syed Nadeem Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer, has ceased to be the CEO of the company w.e.f. 2025-07-01 and Zubair Razzak Palwala has been appointed as CEO,” the stock filing revealed today.
The Company is a subsidiary of International Brands Limited, which is the Company’s ultimate parent also. The principal activities of the Company are trading and the distribution of consumer goods and allied products.
