Gold Rate in Pakistan Slumps by Rs. 3,000 Per Tola

The price of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs. 3,000 per tola and was traded at Rs. 351,500 on Wednesday as compared to its sale at Rs. 354,500 on the last trading day, All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association reported.

The prices of 10 grams of 24 karat also decreased by Rs. 2,572 to Rs. 301,354 from Rs. 303,926 and for 10 grams of 22 Karat it went down by Rs. 2,357 to Rs. 276,251 from Rs. 278,608

The rates of per tola and ten-gram silver remained unchanged at Rs. 3,841 and Rs. 3,293 respectively.

The price of gold in the international market decreased by $33 to $3,292 from $3,325, whereas that of silver remained unchanged at $36.57, the Association reported.
