- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Height of at least 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm
- Minimum high school education (Grade 12)
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Must meet UAE’s employment visa criteria

Salary & Benefits
Cabin Crew are offered a competitive compensation package, including:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,835/month
- Flying Pay: AED 66.30/hour (average 80–100 hours/month)
- Average Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 10,802 (~USD 2,940)
- Meal Allowances: Paid monthly in arrears for night stopovers
- Free Furnished Accommodation: Shared apartments with utilities covered
- Transport to/from the airport and hotels provided
- Generous Leave: 30 calendar days annually, with one free annual leave ticket to your home country

Training in Dubai
Selected candidates will undergo seven and a half weeks of rigorous training at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai, focused on safety, service excellence, and inflight protocols.
