Sitara Chemical Industries Limited (PSX: SITC) has appointed Ahmad Hassan as chairman of the company.
In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday, SITC said its Board of Directors of has approved the appointment of Ahmad Hassan as Chairman of the Company for a term of three years with effect from August 18, 2025.
Moreover, Muhammad Adrees has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company for a term of three years with effect from August 18, 2025.
The principal activities of the Company are operating Chlor Alkali plant, Oleo chemical plant and yarn spinning unit.
