PPSC Announces 352 Vacancies in Healthcare, Agriculture, and Police Departments

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced multiple job opportunities under Advertisement No. 36/2025 across various departments.

According to the official notification, the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department has invited applications for:

  • Assistant Professor of Operative Dentistry (BS-18) – 01 post
  • Assistant Professor of Oral Pathology (BS-18) – 01 post
  • Associate Professor of Oral Pathology (BS-19) – 01 post
  • Associate Professor of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (BS-19) – 01 post

In the Agriculture Department (OFWM, Irrigation Wing), 50 posts of Assistant Director Agriculture (BS-19) have been advertised.

Meanwhile, the Punjab Police Department has announced 300 posts of Sub-Inspector (BS-14) for different regions across the province.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification

Graduation (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent from a recognized university.

Physical Standards

Male:

  • Height: 5’7”
  • Chest: 33” × 34.5” (only for males)

Female:

  • Height: 5’2”

Vision:

  • 6/9 with or without glasses, not worse than 6/12.

Age Limit

  • Male: 20 – 25 years
  • Female: 20 – 25 years

No age relaxation in the upper or lower age limit.

Domicile

Punjab (posts distributed across different regions: Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan).

Test / Selection Process
  • Written Test (100 MCQs – General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Math, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, Basic Computer Studies).
  • Psychological Assessment (for shortlisted candidates).
  • Viva Voce (Interview).
