New NADRA Hall Opens at Pakistan Embassy in the UAE

The Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi has opened a newly renovated NADRA hall to better serve the community. The facility was inaugurated on Monday by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, along with Abbas Darwish Lari, Chairman of Lari Exchange.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador Tirmizi thanked Lari Exchange for supporting the renovation project. He said that with the recent upgrades to both the Consular Hall and the NADRA Hall, the embassy’s seating capacity has more than doubled—from 200 to 500—making it easier for community members to access services in a more comfortable environment.

“I am glad that, through our joint efforts, Pakistanis in the UAE now have improved access to faster and better services at the embassy,” the ambassador noted. He also reaffirmed his commitment to improving community welfare and ensuring efficient consular services.

Representing Lari Exchange, Syed Zulfiqar Haider Bilgrami, Head of Customer Services, conveyed appreciation to the ambassador for involving them in a community-focused initiative. He added that Lari Exchange will continue supporting thousands of Pakistanis in the UAE by providing secure and transparent remittance services.

Ambassador Tirmizi also acknowledged the efforts of Kiran Kazmi, Head of Chancery, and her team for coordinating the project, as well as the volunteer contribution of Manzoor K. Hasrat, who created artwork for the hall.

The event was attended by embassy officials and members of the Pakistani community living in the UAE.
