Fecto Cement Limited (PSX: FECTC) has completed the sale of its 124.625-kanal parcel of land in Rawalpindi, classified as “investment property,” to M/s Faisal Town (Private) Limited, the company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.
The sale of the land has been completed, along with the realization of the sale proceeds.
The company will utilize the sale proceeds to fund prospective expansion and Balancing, Modernization and Replacement (BMR) projects, which are expected to enhance production capacity, improve operational efficiency and strengthen overall profitability.
The land is located near Islamabad International Airport, Airport Avenue Road, Louni, Thalian, Rawalpindi.
The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of Portland cement.
