40% of Pakistani Men Are in Favor of Second Marriage

A Gallup Pakistan survey revealed that 40% of Pakistanis support the idea of second marriage, while the remaining 60% oppose it outright.

According to the report, those in favor of a second marriage expressed conditional support, saying it should only be considered if a person is financially stable. In contrast, a majority rejected the notion entirely, stating they would not allow it under any circumstances.

The survey further indicated a clear gender divide. 50% of men supported second marriage compared to 30% of women.
