A Lahore Metro Bus crashed near Azadi Chowk on Saturday after hitting the protective fencing along the track, officials confirmed.
According to the Metro Bus Authority, all passengers were safely evacuated soon after the accident, and no injuries were reported. Authorities immediately suspended operations on the affected route section.
Following the incident, Metro Bus Service between MAO College and Shahdara has been temporarily halted as teams work to clear the track and assess the damage.
Officials said normal service will resume once repairs and safety checks are completed.
