Vivo is reportedly preparing to expand its X300 lineup with a new model called the X300s. A leak from China claims the phone is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2026, placing its debut between January and March.
The X300s is rumored to include a 7,000 mAh battery. This would be a significant increase from the X300’s 6,040 mAh battery and position the new model as a longer-lasting option in the series.
The upcoming device is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500+ chipset. Based on previous releases, the upgrade is likely to be minor, suggesting the 9500+ may function as a higher-bin version of the Dimensity 9500.
No other specifications have surfaced yet. However, early reports describe the X300s as a small update to the existing X300, so major design or hardware changes are not expected.
More details are likely to appear as development progresses.
