The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has offered residential and commercial plots for sale through a computerized ballot scheduled for February 24, 2026. According to the LDA, plots from Johar Town, LDA City, China Scheme Gujranwala, Sabzazar, and Mohlanwal will be included in the draw.
The authority has placed 37 five-marla residential plots in Johar Town R Block, 30 commercial plots measuring six and seven marlas in B-3 and C-3 blocks of China Scheme Gujranwala, 25 commercial plots of 3.44 marlas in Sabzazar F Block, and 50 three-marla residential plots in Mohlanwal D Block in the ballot.
In LDA City, the draw will also include 13 one-kanal residential plots in A-1 Block and 17 one-kanal residential plots in B-1 Block.
Applicants can pay for the plots in 12 equal quarterly installments spread over three years. Successful applicants will also be eligible for a five percent discount on lump-sum payment. The deadline to submit applications is February 11, while application forms will be available from December 28.
Non-refundable application fees have been set at Rs. 20,000 for five-marla plots in Johar Town, Rs. 10,000 for one-kanal plots in LDA City, Rs. 12,000 for 3.44-marla commercial plots in Sabzazar, Rs. 8,000 for six and seven-marla commercial plots in China Scheme Gujjarpura, and Rs. 5,000 for three-marla plots in Mohlanwal.
Applications can be submitted through the LDA mobile app, official website, or Citizen Facilitation Centers.
