Gold Ends 2025 With Big Losses in Pakistani Market

Gold prices in Pakistan settled in red on Wednesday, losing Rs. 2,500 in market value to end 2025.

In the local market today, the price of gold per tola dropped to Rs. 456,962, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 10 grams of gold also declined, falling by Rs. 2,143 to Rs. 391,771.

A day earlier, on Tuesday, gold prices had already seen a sharp drop, with the per tola rate falling by Rs. 10,700 to Rs. 459,462.

Internationally, gold prices slipped by $25, reaching $4,346 per ounce (including a $20 premium).

Silver prices in the local market also moved lower, decreasing by Rs. 212 to Rs. 7,718 per tola.
