The interior minister said that trainee Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) at the National Police Academy will receive residential plots every year on easy instalments.

He also announced that 10 police officers annually, including inspectors, sub-inspectors, and assistant sub-inspectors from across Pakistan, will be sent abroad on international scholarships for professional police training.

In addition, five SP- and SSP-rank officers will receive annual international scholarships to pursue degrees in artificial intelligence, aimed at strengthening modern policing capabilities.

Mohsin Naqvi directed officials to develop a comprehensive plan to expand the resources of the National Police Foundation and praised the NPF team for transforming the organization into a surplus-generating institution.

Reaffirming his commitment, the interior minister said the government will further strengthen the National Police Foundation to ensure the sustained welfare and well-being of police personnel nationwide.
