The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) on Thursday announced the second phase of the National Registration Exam for foreign medical graduates.
The PMDC stated that the National Registration Exam Step-II will be conducted in two phases. The first phase of the exam will be held on January 24 and January 25, while the second phase will take place on January 31 and February 1.
According to the council, the examinations will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday.
The PMDC further informed that online registration for the exam will remain open until January 12. Candidates can complete their registration by visiting the official PMDC website.
The council also announced that candidates who failed the exam previously will be given another opportunity to appear. This decision has been taken under a PMDC resolution dated July 24, 2025.
