KP Government Bans Sale of Stamp Papers

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has imposed a complete ban on the sale of manual stamp papers, making e-stamps mandatory across the province.

The Revenue and Estate Department of KP has issued an official notification directing all district treasury offices to immediately stop the sale of unused manual stamp papers.

Under the new policy, only e-stamps will be issued, which have been officially provided by the Bank of Khyber, the province’s designated government bank, since 2022.
