Realme has confirmed that its Neo8 gaming smartphone will debut later this month in China. While the company has not shared an exact launch date, it has officially revealed the phone’s design and key hardware details.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Confirmed
Realme has confirmed that the Neo8 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor from Qualcomm. According to an official poster, the device has achieved a benchmark score of 3.85 million, positioning it as a high-performance gaming-focused smartphone.
Design and Visual Features
In a separate teaser, Realme showcased the Neo8 in a Cyber Purple color option. The phone features a triple rear camera setup and includes an RGB light strip next to the camera module, branded as the Awakening Halo system.
The design also includes a metal frame combined with a transparent glass back panel, reinforcing its gaming-focused look.
Rumored Specifications
According to recent rumors, the Realme Neo8 may pack an 8,000mAh battery and use a Samsung display with a 165Hz refresh rate. Realme has not officially confirmed these specifications.
The company is also rumored to be working on a Neo8 Infinite edition, though no details about this variant have been announced.
Realme is expected to share full specifications and the launch date closer to the official debut later this month.
