The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the ODI and T20I squads for the Pakistan Women’s team for the upcoming tour of South Africa, which is scheduled to begin on 10 February in Potchefstroom.
Fatima Sana will continue as captain in both formats as Pakistan step up preparations for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, set to take place in June.

During the tour, mentor Wahab Riaz will work alongside an experienced coaching staff comprising Imran Farhat as batting coach, Umaid Asif as fast bowling coach, Abdur Rehman as spin bowling coach, and Abdul Majeed as fielding coach.
The team’s pre-series training camp will get underway on Sunday, 1 January, at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre in Karachi.
The three-match T20I series will be played from 10 to 16 February in Potchefstroom, Benoni, and Kimberley, with all matches scheduled as day-night fixtures. Pakistan will then play a 50-over warm-up match in Kimberley before the ODI series, which will take place from 22 February to 1 March in Bloemfontein, Centurion, and Durban. The second ODI will be played under lights, while the remaining warm-up and ODI matches will be day games.
This tour marks Pakistan Women’s return to South Africa for a bilateral series since January 2021, when they last played a three-match ODI series in Durban. The team also visited South Africa in February 2023 for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, with matches held in Cape Town and Paarl.
