Gold Price Drops Below Rs. 5 Lac Per Tola After Another Massive Decrease

Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Monday, in line with a massive decline in the international market.

In the local market, the price of gold per tola dropped to Rs. 490,362, down by Rs. 21,500 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs. 420,406, reflecting a decrease of Rs. 18,433, according to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Saturday, the price of gold per tola had reached Rs. 511,862 after a daily decline of Rs. 25,500.

The international gold rate also fell by $215, reaching $4,676 per ounce, with an additional premium of $20.

Meanwhile, silver prices dropped by Rs. 601, bringing the cost per tola to Rs. 8,405.
