The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall accompanied by strong winds in various regions of the country over the coming hours.
According to the forecast, the weather in Islamabad is expected to remain partly cloudy today. Rain is likely in areas such as Dera Ghazi Khan and Bahawalpur, while showers are also anticipated in Multan and surrounding districts.
In Balochistan, rainfall is expected in Quetta and several nearby areas, with some places likely to experience gusty winds. Coastal areas including Gwadar may receive rain accompanied by isolated hailstorms.
Parts of Sindh, including Karachi and Hyderabad, are also forecast to receive light to moderate showers at scattered locations.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rain is expected in Dera Ismail Khan as well as Parachinar and nearby areas, with intermittent windy conditions.
The Met Office further stated that Gilgit-Baltistan will remain cold with partly cloudy skies, while Azad Kashmir may experience rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms at a few locations.
Authorities have advised residents to remain cautious during windy conditions and possible downpours.
