Ramadan Bazaars Open Across City with Discounts

With the arrival of Ramadan, the markets across the city have officially been converted into Ramadan bazaars, attracting large numbers of shoppers.

Markets, including Harbanspura Ramadan Bazaar, are offering essential commodities at discounted prices to provide relief to citizens amid rising inflation.

Authorities have announced up to a 10% discount on meat and essential food items. While sugar sells at Rs170 per kg in the open market, it is available at Rs140 per kg in Ramadan bazaars.

A 10 kg flour bag is being sold for Rs 905, while a 20 kg bag costs Rs 1808. Pulses and other grocery items are also available at discounted rates.
