Engro Fertilizers Limited has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Ali Rathore, has resigned from his position, with the company confirming that he will continue to serve during his notice period until a formal transition is completed.
The company stated that its Board of Directors will appoint a new chief executive in due course, ensuring continuity in leadership and operations following Rathore’s departure.
Engro Fertilizers also acknowledged Rathore’s contributions, expressing appreciation for his services during his tenure at the company.
Ali Rathore served as Chief Executive Officer of Engro Fertilizers after joining Engro Corporation in 2022. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Engro Fertilizers in September 2023, reflecting his strong strategic and business capabilities.
He brought over 26 years of international experience across the USA, UK, Australia, and the MENA region with career spanning in Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Development, Operations, and Mergers and Acquisitions, with exposure to industries including Oil and Gas, Chemicals, and Telecom.
