KP Approves 32 Development Projects Worth Rs. 52 Billion

The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has approved 32 development projects worth more than Rs52 billion in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to an official communiqué, the approval came during the 13th and 14th meetings of the PDWP held at the Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The meetings were chaired by Additional Chief Secretary Islam Zaib and attended by members of the planning body and officials from relevant departments.

The approved projects mainly focus on improving education, road networks, and local government infrastructure across the province.

In the education sector, the PDWP approved the establishment of a boys’ degree college in Mansehra to expand access to higher education.

It also approved the construction of a Government Primary School and a Government Girls Primary School in Yarah Khil Marghoz in Swabi to strengthen basic education infrastructure.

Officials said the projects aim to enhance public services and accelerate socio-economic development across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
