Samsung Introduces Pro Keyboard Accessory for Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra

Samsung Electronics has introduced the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard, a new accessory designed to turn the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra into a more capable laptop-style productivity device. The accessory has launched in select markets, including Hong Kong.

The keyboard focuses on portability, durability, and improved usability for users who want a more traditional typing experience on a tablet.

Design and Build

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard features a slim aluminum alloy body, giving it a lightweight but durable design.

Samsung has also added a metal hinge, allowing the tablet to stand securely and function similarly to a compact laptop when used for work or content creation.

The keyboard weighs 636g, offering a balance between portability and stability.

Connectivity and Functionality

The accessory connects to the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra through a Pogo Pin interface instead of using a wireless connection.

Because of this design, the keyboard does not include a built-in battery. The direct connection allows instant pairing and supports synchronized sleep and wake functions with the tablet, eliminating the need to charge the keyboard separately.

Typing and Navigation

Samsung equipped the keyboard with a full 80-key layout designed to provide a laptop-style typing experience.

The integrated touchpad is 14.6 percent larger than the previous generation, which improves gesture support and navigation for multitasking and productivity tasks.

Pricing and Availability

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard is priced at approximately $280 based on current exchange rates.

The accessory is currently available in select markets, including Hong Kong.
