Lahore General Hospital Receives Modern Equipment from US-Based Pakistani Family

A philanthropic Pakistani family residing in the United States has announced the donation of Rs. 35 million worth of modern medical equipment to Lahore General Hospital, aiming to enhance healthcare facilities for local patients.

Prof. Farooq Afzal, Principal of Lahore General Hospital and Amiruddin Medical College, described the donation as a valuable Eid-ul-Fitr gift, stating that the advanced equipment will allow patients to access world-class medical services.

He praised overseas Pakistanis for their commitment to public service, highlighting their role in strengthening the country’s healthcare system.
