Gold Prices Back Above Rs. 4.9 Lac in Pakistan After Sharp Decline A Day Earlier

Gold prices in Pakistan recovered today in line with recovery in international prices.

The price of one tola increased by Rs. 3,400 to Rs. 490,362, while 10 grams appreciated by Rs. 2,915 to Rs. 420,406, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Thursday, gold fell to Rs. 486,962 per tola after losing Rs. 7,100 during the session.

The international market saw gold prices increase by $34, bringing the rate to $4,676 per ounce, with an additional $20 premium.

Silver rose by Rs. 160 to settle at Rs. 7,794 per tola.
