The Pakistan Hockey Federation has announced new management and coaching panels for the national senior, junior, and under-18 teams after receiving approval from its ad hoc president.
Olympian Manzoor-ul-Hassan has been named head coach of the senior team. He will be joined by Khawaja Junaid, Wasim Ahmed, Adnan Zakir, Mazhar Abbas, and Shakeel Abbasi in the senior setup.
For the junior team, Ayaz Mahmood has been appointed head coach, with Sameer Hussain, Azfar Yaqoob, and Imran Butt named in the support staff.
The under-18 side will be led by Qamar Ibrahim as head coach, while Rehan Butt, Yasir Islam, and Umar Bhutta will serve as coaches.

The federation said the new appointments are part of a wider effort to revive Pakistan hockey through stronger player development, better coaching structures, and improved preparation at every level.
According to the PHF, the new setup is aimed at building a more sustainable system focused on talent identification, skill development, and performance improvement across all age groups.
