The clarification comes after earlier reports suggested that transport terminals in Islamabad and Rawalpindi had been temporarily shut down as part of security measures ahead of proposed US-Iran talks.
The district administration said there has been no disruption to transport services in Islamabad and all terminals are functioning normally.
