JazzWorld’s Garaj Partners with Sapphire Group to Advance High-Density Digital Infrastructure in Pakistan

Garaj, the enterprise cloud solutions platform from JazzWorld, and Sapphire Group of Companies, have formalized a strategic engagement to support the development of a new high-density infrastructure zone, marking a key step toward building a future-ready availability zone for next-generation enterprise, cloud, and artificial intelligence (AI) workloads in Pakistan.

The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the country’s digital infrastructure and enabling sovereign, scalable, and high-performance computing capabilities for enterprises operating across critical sectors. As demand for data-intensive applications continues to grow, the initiative aims to support local innovation while ensuring compliance, resilience, and data sovereignty.

Through this engagement with Sapphire Group of Companies, Garaj is expanding its capabilities across AI infrastructure, cloud services, and high-performance colocation to meet the evolving requirements of modern enterprises. The planned high-density environment will support advanced compute workloads, including large-scale machine learning models and Agentic AI applications, enabling organizations to build and deploy solutions locally at scale.

The enhanced infrastructure will also strengthen Garaj’s hybrid cloud ecosystem, with improved automation, robust disaster recovery, and resilient failover for mission-critical operations across banking, fintech, and enterprise sectors. In parallel, the expansion will increase colocation capacity through higher power density and scalable rack space, integrated with high-speed fiber and global cloud on-ramps to enable seamless hybrid environments.

“This engagement represents a decisive step toward building the foundational infrastructure required for AI-driven and cloud-first enterprises. It is about enabling scale, resilience, and sovereignty at a national digital infrastructure level, while laying the groundwork for high-performance computing environments that can support the next generation of data-intensive innovation and enterprise growth,” said Shahzad Rasheed, President Enterprise Solutions, JazzWorld.

“This collaboration with Garaj reflects our long-term commitment to enabling foundational digital infrastructure in Pakistan. We see this as an investment in the country’s future readiness, supporting the scale, reliability, and connectivity required for the next wave of enterprise and industrial transformation,” said Hasan Abdullah, Director, Sapphire Group.

This initiative marks an important milestone in Garaj’s long-term infrastructure roadmap and signals the beginning of a structured build-out toward a future availability zone purpose-built for AI-native workloads, always-on services, and enterprise-grade cloud resilience. It also reflects a broader shift toward high-density, sovereign digital ecosystems designed to support Pakistan’s next phase of digital transformation.
