Avanceon Limited has announced the registration of a new business entity in Australia under the name Avanceon PTY LTD, marking a fresh step in the company’s international expansion strategy.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the new entity has been registered in Queensland under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
The company said Avanceon PTY LTD will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanceon FZE UAE and is expected to strengthen the group’s footprint across the Asia Pacific region.
Avanceon stated that the Australian market offers strong growth potential in sectors including construction, mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial services, where demand for automation and digital transformation solutions is increasing.
The company added that the new subsidiary will focus on automation, digitalization, IT and technical services, oil and gas, transport infrastructure, mining, and environmental solutions across Australia and the broader region.
