Gold prices recovered in Pakistan on Monday after a small increase in international markets following Saturday’s losses.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan increased by Rs. 900 to reach Rs. 477,162.
The price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs. 772 to Rs. 409,089.
Gold lost Rs. 600 on Saturday to settle at Rs. 476,262. On Friday, it declined by Rs. 15,500.
In the international market, gold prices increased by $9 per ounce to $4,548 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices increased by Rs. 26 to settle at Rs. 8,073.
