The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed all Inland Revenue field formations to remain operational on Saturday, May 23, 2026, and Sunday, May 24, 2026, as part of routine revenue collection activities.
According to an official notification issued by the Revenue Division, all Large Taxpayer Units (LTUs), Medium Tax Offices (MTOs), Corporate Tax Offices (CTOs), and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) will observe normal working hours on both days.
The directive has been issued to ensure continuity in tax and duty collection operations during the weekend period.
The FBR has instructed field offices to remain fully functional in line with the notification.
