The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced four public holidays for Eid-ul-Azha, during which government offices, educational institutions, and other public departments across the province will remain closed.
According to a notification issued by the Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the holidays will be observed from Tuesday, May 26, to Friday, May 29.
The announcement states that all government offices and educational institutions will remain closed during the Eid holidays.
However, emergency services and rescue departments will continue operating according to their regular schedules to ensure uninterrupted public services.
Authorities have also directed relevant departments to maintain special arrangements for security, sanitation, and emergency response during the Eid period.
