One Homes has announced a new $35 million investment in a luxury high-rise development in Lahore, returning to the city after successfully delivering One Canal Road, its flagship residential project.
Having successfully delivered One Canal Road, One Homes has acquired a prime parcel of land on Raiwind Road for its next landmark residential project in Lahore. The flagship development, designed by Miami-based architect Kobi Karp with finishings by Versace Ceramics, set a new benchmark for residential pricing in the city, while a 10,000 sq ft sky villa there is currently listed at PKR 1 billion, making it Pakistan’s most expensive penthouse.
Positioned on Raiwind Road in Lahore West, the site benefits from one of the city’s most connected locations, with direct links into central Lahore and easy access to key transport infrastructure. Both Canal Road and the Lahore Ring Road are within a 10-minute drive, while the 85-kilometre orbital highway provides connectivity across the city and beyond. The location is further distinguished by its setting within an established residential corridor favoured by Lahore’s most discerning families.
“One Canal Road was never just a development, it was a landmark,” said Aqib Hassan, Chief Commercial Officer at One Homes. “We came to Lahore as an international developer, built in the heart of the city, and created what has become its most exclusive address. We set the benchmark for product, quality and delivery and we delivered on every promise we made. This new acquisition is our commitment to raise that standard even further.”
Hassan added: “We look forward to sharing more in the coming weeks, including international collaborations that will be a first for Pakistan.”
With more than $435 million of projects currently under development across Lahore and Islamabad, One Homes is one of Pakistan’s leading foreign real estate investors. Part of One Group, whose developments include One Serene Residences, Amaya Residences, and Diyàr, the business was founded by serial entrepreneur Zeeshaan Shah and now operates across four countries.
