The federal government has announced a small reduction in petroleum product prices on 5th June, sources shared with ProPakistani.
The price of petrol has been reduced by Rs. 4 per litre.
The government has decided not to change the price of high-speed diesel.
With the latest cut, petrol now stands at Rs. 377.78 per litre, down from Rs. 381.56, while diesel has been kept unchanged at Rs. 380.56 per litre.
An official notification by the Petroleum Division was shared shortly after this update to confirm the new rates.
The latest rates will be implemented at 12 AM, 6 June 2026.
Last week, the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel were reduced by Rs. 22.22 per litre.
Petrol was set at Rs. 381.56 per litre, while diesel was reduced to Rs. 380.56 per litre.
