Gold prices reported heavy losses in Pakistan on Saturday after international rates saw a big decline in the week’s last session.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan decreased by Rs. 12,489 to Rs. 455,327.
The price of 10 grams of gold also depreciated by Rs. 11,240 to settle at Rs. 389,772.
Gold lost Rs. 1,469 on Friday to settle at Rs. 467,816.
In the international market, gold prices depreciated by $124 to settle at $4,328 per ounce.
Silver also declined in value on the same day. It lost Rs. 463 to settle at Rs. 7,267 per tola on Saturday.
