The Pakistani rupee (PKR) closed in green against the US Dollar (USD) for the 183rd consecutive day on Friday.
British Pound (GBP) and Euro (EUR) maintained a downward path similar to Thursday.
The PKR closed at 278.25 after gaining one paisa against the US Dollar today.
Every day of recovery is a new record for the PKR against the greenback.
At current pace, it is likely that the PKR will recover above 277/$ near end-June.
PKR was stable against both the UAE Dirham (AED) and the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
Meanwhile, it gained Rs. 2.5 against the British Pound (GBP) and Rs. 1.19 against the Euro (EUR).
