Opening Date of Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology Sargodha Announced

The Punjab government is likely to inaugurate the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology in Sargodha on July 15 as part of its efforts to improve access to specialized cardiac healthcare across the province.

The new institute will provide modern diagnostic and treatment facilities for heart patients, helping residents of Sargodha and nearby districts receive quality medical care closer to home.

Officials expect the hospital to reduce pressure on major cardiac centers in Lahore while improving emergency and routine heart care services in central Punjab.

The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology represents another step in the provincial government’s plan to strengthen the public health sector through the development of advanced medical institutions and specialized healthcare services.
