According to a public notice issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, CDA, residential plots will be allotted against approved land compensation claims in Sectors F-13, D-13, and E-13.
The upcoming balloting will cover eligible land affectees from the villages of Maira Sumbal Aku, Maira Sumbal Jaffar, Shah Allah Ditta, and Pind Sangrial.
The authority has directed all eligible claimants to submit their applications along with the required supporting documents to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of the Rehabilitation Benefits Framework 2023.
The CDA clarified that only claims relating to Shamilat (common) land will be considered where the partition process has already been completed by the Collector, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) under the Land Sharing Policy 2007. Applications submitted after the deadline or those pending verification will be considered in a future balloting process.
The results of the balloting will be published on the official CDA website after the completion of the process. The notice urges all eligible land affectees to ensure the timely submission of applications to avoid missing the current allotment round.
