Saudi Arabia Introduces New Package Visa for Pakistanis

Saudi Arabia has introduced a new Package Visa initiative that combines tourist visa applications with travel bookings, making it easier for international visitors, including Pakistanis, to plan their trips.

Announced by the Saudi Tourism Authority, the new system allows eligible travelers to apply for a tourist visa while booking an integrated travel package through approved travel providers. Instead of arranging visas, flights, and accommodations separately, visitors can complete the entire process in a single booking, which may also include tours, events, and other tourism activities.

Saudi Tourism Minister Ahmed Al Khateeb said the initiative is aimed at simplifying the travel experience and making Saudi Arabia a more accessible destination for global tourists.

Saudi Arabia remains one of the most popular overseas destinations for Pakistanis, who travel to the Kingdom for Hajj, Umrah, employment, business, and tourism. According to Pakistan’s travel industry, the number of Pakistani travelers to Saudi Arabia increased from 2.7 million in 2024 to an estimated 2.87 million in 2025.

The Package Visa will initially be available through selected travel and tourism providers that meet Saudi service standards and offer 24/7 customer support. Saudi authorities said the initiative will first be rolled out through selected international travel partners before expanding to additional markets.
