NADRA has introduced Tablet Counters at its Mega Centers in Karachi to make the CNIC process faster and more convenient for citizens.
The new facility has been launched to reduce long queues and save time for visitors. Citizens visiting NADRA Mega Centers will now be able to complete different steps of the process more quickly through tablet-based counters.
People visiting the centers welcomed the move and said the new system has made the process easier than before. Some citizens said the CNIC process, which earlier took a long time, can now be completed in a much shorter period.
The step is part of NADRA’s efforts to improve public service delivery and provide better facilities at busy centers.
NADRA is expected to continue introducing similar measures to make its services faster, smoother, and more citizen-friendly.
