The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an open auction of commercial plots and other properties in Islamabad on August 4, 5 and 6, 2026, at the Jinnah Convention Centre.
The auction will start at 10:00 am and will include commercial plots in Marakaz, Blue Area, I&T Center G-11, E-11 Northern Strip, apartments, luxury apartments, petrol pump sites, agro-farms and shops in parking plazas.
CDA has also announced investor-friendly measures, including a dedicated facilitation team, building plan approval after 25% payment, no site and marketing office charges during the approved construction period, and plot possession after 75% payment through bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
The authority is offering a 5% rebate on total payment made within one month, along with an additional 5% rebate for payment in US dollars.
Brochures will be available from July 20, 2026, at the One Window Directorate, designated bank branches, and CDA’s official website.
