Nubia has officially unveiled the NaviX Ultra, a new smartphone the company is branding as the world’s first AI agent phone.
The device was shown ahead of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in China. Nubia had teased the phone last week and has now shared its design through official posts. However, the company has not yet revealed the phone’s full specifications, pricing, or availability details.
AI Agent Phone With Doubao Assistant
The main highlight of the nubia NaviX Ultra is its AI-focused software.
Nubia has confirmed that the phone will run the Doubao mobile assistant. Doubao is ByteDance’s AI assistant, and it has previously been linked to ZTE and nubia devices as part of a broader push into AI-powered smartphone features.
The company is positioning the NaviX Ultra as a phone built around AI agent capabilities, rather than a regular smartphone with a few AI features added on top.
Design and Colors
nubia has shown the NaviX Ultra with a triple rear camera setup placed inside a wide camera bar, similar to the layout used on Google’s Pixel phones.
The phone will be offered in four color options: Blue Horizon, Black, Dreamscape, and White.
The company has not shared the display size, chipset, camera sensors, battery capacity, charging speed, or software update policy yet.
SAIL Award Recognition
nubia also announced that the NaviX Ultra has received the 2026 SAIL Award, also known as the Super AI Leader Award, ahead of WAIC 2026.
Reports say the phone received the WAIC 2026 SAIL Outstanding AI Leader Award before its wider unveiling.
More Details Coming Soon
nubia is expected to reveal more information about the NaviX Ultra in the coming days.
For now, the company has only shown the phone’s design, AI assistant integration, color options, and award recognition. Full hardware details, pricing, and launch markets remain unconfirmed.
