Honor has expanded its Play series in China with the quiet launch of the Play11 Plus and Play10. Both smartphones feature 7,000mAh batteries and 50MP main rear cameras.
Design and Display
The Honor Play11 Plus comes with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 6,500 nits of peak brightness.
The phone also has an IP66 rating, a USB Type-C port, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is available in Lanyue Silver and Sunrise Gold color options.
The Honor Play10 features a larger 6.8-inch LCD with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
It gets an IP65 rating and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is available in Desert Gold and Velvet Black colors.
Internals and Software
The Honor Play11 Plus is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6500 Elite chipset and runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.
It also includes 5G support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NFC, an Infrared blaster, and a single-click AI button.
The Honor Play10 uses the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset and runs MagicOS 9 based on Android 15.
It also supports 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and a one-tap AI key.
Cameras
The Honor Play11 Plus has a 50MP main rear camera paired with an auxiliary lens. For selfies and video calls, it includes an 8MP front camera.
The Honor Play10 also features a single 50MP rear camera. On the front, it has a 5MP camera for selfies and video calling.
Battery and Pricing
Both phones pack 7,000mAh batteries and support 45W wired charging.
The Honor Play11 Plus is available in a single 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant priced at $325.
The Honor Play10 is offered in three versions. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs $205, the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version is priced at $235, and the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs $280.
The Honor Play11 Plus and Honor Play10 are currently available through Honor’s official online store in China.
