August is almost here and Netflix already has some stuff to get you through the summer. From new parts to existing Netflix series to some new releases.
As Netflix unveiled the full lineup of movies and web series making their way to its streaming roster throughout the month of August, some names caught our eye.
These are some must-watch Netflix series to stream in August.
Never Have I Ever – S3
After Season 1 of the Mindy Kaling creation took the Internet by storm, we’ve long awaited another season! Of course, we loved Season 2 of this coming of age story, but it left us at a cliffhanger. Making Season 3 an absolute necessity! Looks like the wait is over.

We’ll finally get to see who Devi, played by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, will choose. The highschool heartthrob Paxton or Ben her academic nemesis-turned-unlikely crush?
Lock & Key – S3
After the first two seasons had his hooked we were really rooting for another season. Adapted from the Joe Hill comics, Locke & Key S3 will be the final season. You can expect even more magical keys to be found plus the Locke’s having to face off against their gravest threat yet.
The Sandman – S1
This web series is based on Neil Gaiman’s seminal graphic novel. Netflix cast Tom Sturridge as the King of Dreams, The Sandman, as he tells the story of Morpheus. Morpheus is a recently freed man who travels across dimensions to restore his otherworldly powers.
The rest of The Sandman cast includes big names like Gwendoline Christie, Boyd Holbrook, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, and Charles Dance. It also has voice performances from Patton Oswalt and Mark Hamill.
