Pakistani writer and director Khalil-Ur-Rehman Qamar had an intimate nikkah ceremony for his step daughter Hanish Qureshi. Several prominent showbiz celebrities, including the star of Mere Pass Tum Ho Humayun Saeed attend the function.

Khalil-Ur-Rehman Qamar is one of the most polarizing figures of the Pakistani showbiz industry. The scriptwriter gained immense popularity for writing projects like Pyarey Afzaal, Sadqay Tumhare and the blockbuster show Mere Pass Tum Ho. While people love his work, there are some who do not like Khalil’s views on certain sensitive issues. The writer, director and occasional actor has become a controversial figure in recent times.

Khalil ur Rehman has had two marriages. He has two sons, young actor Aabi Khan and TikToker Surkab Qureshi. His current marriage is with Rozina, actor Faysal Qureshi’s ex-wife. The Mere Pass Tum Ho director has a step daughter, Hanish Qureshi, from Rozina’s first marriage.
