Really Amir? Really?

With no possible vaccine in sight for the coronavirus (or COVID-19), people around the world are doing their best to maintain social distancing to survive the deadly disease. Nations worldwide have ordered lockdowns and quarantines, and for good reason.

In order to pass the time or to stay relevant, some celebrities tend to promote their own conspiracy theories about the COVID-19. This time it is none other than boxer Amir Khan with some ‘shocking’ reveal about the origin of the coronavirus.

According to the Pakistani-British boxer, the coronavirus is a man-made disease. This would’ve been enough to make people think but no, ‘King’ Khan had more to add!

Releasing a series of bizarre videos, Amir Khan proclaimed that the COVID-19 is designed for ‘population control’ and that he blames 5G towers for spreading it.

Amir Khan shares his thoughts

In the clips, Khan says he has done his research. How you may ask?

To quote the man with” the strongest chin in boxing”, he has been “watching a lot of videos and stuff” and says that the new tech could “make things bad.”

“I don’t think it’s coming from China. That’s a lie, really. It’s a man-made thing. It’s been put there for a reason – while they test 5G. It might be for population control – get rid of a lot of us, especially when they say that it harms old people. Look at these towers at night-time that have been put up, then telling people not to go out.”

Khan should have kept these ‘insightful’ revelations to himself as it not makes him look foolish but also overshadows the good he’s been doing during the pandemic. Recently, the former boxing champion was starting to win the hearts of people worldwide by offering a four-story building he owns to the NHS as a venue to help treat coronavirus patients.
