Eid-ul-Fitr 2022 may be over but it had us some exciting blockbuster films to enjoy in cinemas. Let’s take a look at some of the best 2022 Lollywood films released this Eid and their box office numbers.
Chakkar
First up on the list is Yasir Nawaz’s Chakkar starring Neelam Muneer and “British-Asian” actor Ahsan Khan. Despite having lesser shows, the film has had a decent growth, collecting 28 lakhs on Day 1 and 54 lakhs on Day 2.
Parde Mein Rehne Do
The film starring Ali Rehman and Hania Aamir certainly created quite a buzz on social media with its promotion and glamorous premiere. Parde Mein Rehne Do made around 44 lakhs on the first day of Eid-ul-Fitr. Its Day 2 collection was a bit better, raking in 76 lakhs. So far, the film has made over 1.2 crore PKR.
Dum Mastam
Ghabrana Nahi Hai
Finally, the biggest box office draw for Pakistani cinemas for Eid-ul-Fitr is Ghabrana Nahi Hai starring the lovely Saba Qamar Zaman. The film is currently topping the charts with more than 3 crores PKR. On the first day of Eid, the film made 95.5 lakhs on its opening night. By Day 2, the figures crossed over to 2.5 crores. The official numbers are yet to be shared officially.
