Brazilian Model Dies During Show at San Paulo Fashion Week

Cause of death is unknown.

A Brazilian model Tales Soares died on the runway, in front of a horrified audience. The organization behind the event are not revealing the cause of death.

While walking for the label Ocksa at Sao Paulo Fashion Week on Saturday, the model collapsed on the catwalk during a show and died.

“SPFW has just received the news of the death of model Tales Soares, who suddenly took ill during the Ocksa show.”

While the Spanish label Ocksa issued a statement saying the model became sick during the Ocksa show, however they didn’t reveal a cause of death.

The 26-year-old model fell while turning to leave the runway. Medics immediately rushed to provide emergency aid but the model may have been dead at that point. Audience members initially thought it was part of the show.

Tales was rushed to the hospital. SPFW stated that he was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Metro.UK reported that after Tales fell, he began foaming at the mouth, causing professionals to rush to the stage.

Ocksa offered their condolences as did Tales’ modeling agency Base MGT, who were heartbroken over the development.

“We offer our sincere condolences to Tales´ family.”
