The latest season of Coke Studio is underway with two exceptionally good tracks already out. Fans are still on a high after listening to Naseebo Lal and Abida Parveen’s “Tu Jhoom“. The song has more garnerred than 13 million views on YouTube and has become an instant classic (albeit the controversy surrounding the track).
With expectations high, fans are anxious to find out if Coke Studio can top “Tu Jhoom“. As it turns out, the next track from season 14 features Momina Mustehsan with the legendary singer Atif Aslam!
Titled “Sajan Das Na” is a very unique treat for fans. In less than 24 hours, the song has over a million views on YouTube. This slow-jam is a romantic pop number that showcases two lovers arguing from their own perspective. Written by Adnan Dhool, “Sajan Das Na” is another masterpiece by Xulfi and Abdullah Siddiqui. Unlike “Tu Jhoom“, this song has gotten mixed reviews from fans. Some fans love the melodious track while others argue that Atif and Momina do not complement each other in terms of their vocal range. Here are a few reactions to Coke Studio‘s latest single.
